- Day 2-
the calorie intake should be under 1200. - Day 3 -
you can not consume more than 1100 calories - Rest 4 days you can have any food. preferably it should not be more than 1500 calories.
After that repeat the cycle as long as you want.
Military diet system is like a cycle. First 3 days you have to be on a strict diet then for the last four days it will become easier.

You should not follow this if you don’t have proper guidance.
Even some studies have shown us that, a military diet can decrease your metabolism rate and slow your weight loss journey. However, more researches need to be done.
You can not blindly trust an online source to start a military diet, consulting a nutritionist is an integral part of starting any diet.

Will this diet give you long-term result
There is a saying, fast works can not be good. The same rule applies here also. It may help you to lose weight very quickly but in long run, it will ruin your health. You will quit this diet after a certain period.
