What causes a lack of focusing?
Concentration difficulties can be caused by medical, cognitive, or psychological problems or may be related to sleep disorders or medications, alcohol, or drugs. Psychological conditions that can interfere with concentration include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, emotional trauma, and stress.
Sometimes you can’t stay focused because Your core nature conflicts with your life. That is the only answer. The best way to fix this is to first learn the art of self-closure. Sit with earbuds in and isolate your mind.
However, it is not a psychological or mental problem in any way. Our mind is wired in such a way that we normally tend to focus on the things we like, Social media in your case.
At times you may feel like losing interest in something and why you are disconnected from the topic or work.
However, you can stay focus by practicing few methods. Those are the following.
Create a distraction-free environment
Your workplace matters a lot to stay focused. You have to make that place clean and clutter-free. Then you have to make sure there would be no electronic device that can distract you like tv, display, or phone.
Fill your workplace with positive energy. You can try adding some pictures of your loved ones, art, drawings, a picture that describe a meaning, etc. you can even decorate the place with stubble-colored wallpaper, some indoor plants, and showpieces. If you are a spiritual person then nothing can be better than a spiritual picture hanging in your workplace.
"There are lots of distractions to consider, but getting specific to your life is key," Roberts says.
First think about the sights, sounds, and temperature in your environment, then building it for yourself.
Start a meditation practice
you tend to get stressed so much after working 9 to 5, you overreact on small things which were nowhere meant to demean or disrespect you, your relationships suffering and you are nowhere close to making it any better, you find yourself unhappy for most of the time in a day, you judge everything around with that one bitter experience - all of these things are happening because you are not focused enough. You are lacking that where should you focus.
First, you need to be aware of that and set your priority list. Meditation can help you to find your purpose. it can make you more focused.

So, when you move your body and reduce the bad fat, it also helps your mind to work sharper. It helps to make you very focused. Because any physical exercise needs focus. In a way, you are already focusing.
Participating in regular physical activity, like a nightly jog or gym session, can also relieve stress and clear your head to make focusing less difficult.
Schedule activities when you're naturally more alert
