an excellent immune system,then nonetheless you are blessed.
But if you're lacking in having it, no worries, over time you can boost your immune system.
Ways to strengthen immune system
Every part of our body needs nourishment and daily care. Every cell of the body including the immune system will work better if it gets proper things,in the proper time with proper manner.
A healthy lifestyle includes
Eating healthy food.
- Healthy diet which includes fruits and vegetables as prior.
- Exercising regularly
- Maintaining body weight
- Proper sleep
- Stress free
- Maintaining hygiene
Scientists observed that malnourished and poor people are more prone to infections and diseases as they do not have any means of getting food. Immune system and stomach are interconnected. Whatever you put in the stomach will process in the
immune system and give that much energy as that your food contains. Therefore it is must to eat healthy food. Whole grains, oats, juices etc must needed for a meal plate.
Role of fruits and vegetables
Fruits and vegetables have the characteristics which not only procures your immune system but also affect a vital role for a continued healthy body.
Some suggested fruits and vegetables are citrus fruits, grapefruit,lemons,limes, oranges,spinach, broccoli,garlic,ginger,papaya.
seeds and nuts are also highly recommended such as- almond, turmeric, sunflower seeds, turmeric etc.
This is one of the pillars of healthy immune system. Regular exercise can make your nerves and cells active and lowers blood pressure.it gives you general good health and a healthy immune system.
Maintaining body weight
A healthy weight is very important for health. Additionally it lowers the risk of heart disease,high blood pressure, stroke etc.encouragingly it gives a good immune system too.
After all day of working our body needs rest and when we don't give it proper rest it will break along with the immune system. sufficient sleeping is much required.otherwise our body may suffer drowsiness, tiredness and sickness. Lack of sleeping may affect your immune system. Study proved that people who don't get enough sleep are more vulnerable to a virus. While our body takes rest, the
immune system releases protein called cytokines, some of it helps to sleep. Some of it fights against inflammation. A break is needed to rest.
Today's generation is more likely to have stress in their lives. When we stress out our immune system's ability to fight reduces into half. The stress hormone corticosteroid can suppress the function of the immune system.
If someone suffers from stress, it is highly recommended to visit an expert as it may cause a great harm to immune system of the brain.
This is something we can do as a precaution. Especially in the time of covid pandemic we learnt how important it is to maintain hygiene to get rid of the chronic virus.
