Add beans and lentils
Adding high fiber food like beans and lentils to your daily meal, will keep you healthy. Especially for the people who are suffering from chronic diseases, they must include these foods in huge quantities. People who have thyroid, can also have these foods to cleanse and hydrate their body. Beans and lentils are not only high in fiber but it also provides a decent
amount of protein. This will keep us full for long and help us to have high calorie food.
You can add chickpeas, lentils, soybean, tofu with soup or sauteed veggies.
Nuts and seeds - we often have noodles, pasta or some packaged or fast food for snacking. This might cause a lot of trouble to our health. If we replace these foods with dried fruits, nuts and seeds then not
only it will provide us enough calories but also vitamins, which can make our body healthy.

very harmful for health as they are being highly processed. Whereas , coconut oil, ghee and olive oil are healthier. It has good fat, multivitamin and antioxidants. Replacing this little thing in our diet can make a huge difference
to our body.
Fermented foods
Tangy foods like pickel. Korean kimchi is an
amazing choice to put in your diet. Having one table spoon of kimchi after or along
with your lunch can help to improve your digestive process.
You can store these tangy foods for over 18 months in a jar at room temperature.
Spices
There’s a myth that says , you can not have spicy food to become healthy. It is totally wrong, if we take it in a manner it can actually benefit us.
Adding turmeric in your meals helps to boost our immunity system specially in covid times as it contains vitamin c. cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, has their own essential values that are great for human health.
Garlic and onion

Fish
Fishes are a great option to keep yourself healthy. Fish have a huge amount of protein which we need, it has certain oil that can make our liver healthy. It has b12 which is one of the most essential elements humans need. One must have fish twice or thrice in a week.
Meat
When we say, meat as a healthy option, we should not forget it does not include red meat. However , chicken is quite healthy.
You can have chicken in any form you like. Frozen chickens are also good.
Eggs
Egg yolk, especially egg whites are best for everyone. Even nutritionists have suggested having at least one boiled egg everyday during this covid time to get enough protein.
Full fat yogurt
Yogurt is great when it comes to losing

Tofu is usually made from soy milk. This contains a lot of protein. However , we should not take it much .
