This is a blessing for the people who are trying to lose weight. High fiber food can make us full for a while and not provide much calories , so that it can be beneficial for weight loss.
for example we can say, beans, lentils, broccoli, berries, avocados, popcorn, whole grains, apples, dried fruits, baked potato, brown rice and oat meal comes under this.
We can include these foods in our daily diet. Suppose for breakfast one can have oatmeal or for lunch brown rice with some extra vegetables.
Fibers can be found in two different types -
Oats, bread, brown rice have this kind of fiber which might be beneficial for diabetes, cholesterol level and blood pressure.
Hemorrhoids and diverticulitis can be cured by this kind of fiber. It also helps to prevent constipation problems. Nuts and seeds, root vegetables and beans are some good sources of it.
Except for these two kinds of fiber , there are few different types, that are also available, which are mostly useless.
The World Health Organization recommended a normal middle aged man should consume at least 3G of fiber each day. Whereas a normal middle aged woman should consume it 3G per day respectively.

First and foremost benefit of having a lot of fiber is you will lose weight effortlessly. Not only that it will make you satisfied, so you won’t consume high calorie foods. Fiber mixes up with the fat and sugar molecules in your digestive system.

high amounts of calcium which helps to strengthen our bones. At old age when we need more calcium, fiber becomes the most essential part of the diet as it contains a lot of calcium.
