Nature is beauty and beauty in Nature. Setting Sun, starry night, silvery light of the Moon, snow-covered mountains, deep and dark forests, scent and fragrance of flowers are some of the beauties of Nature. The chirping of birds in trees has a music of its own. Emerson says that nature is beautiful because it is alive, moving, and reproductive. In nature, we observe growth and development in living things, contrasted with the static or deteriorating state of the vast majority of that which is man-made. Nature is a calming and regenerative exercise improving your mood and easing anxiety, stress, and depression. Enjoying nature can help you live your life to the fullest.
Garden or plant something
Rudyard Kipling: Gardens are not made by singing 'Oh, how beautiful,' and sitting in the shade. Gardeners don't get old, they go to pot. Gardeners have the best dirt. Gardening grows the spirit. Gardening is a work of Heart. Some benefits of gardening

The glory of gardening: hands in the dirt, head in the sun, heart with nature.
Walk or cuddle with an animal
“Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened.” –Anatole France. An animal's eyes have the power to speak a great language.
Gandhiji said The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated. Interacting with animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (a stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. Other studies have found that animals can reduce loneliness, increase feelings of social support, and boost your mood.
Petting an animal for just a few minutes can reduce stress and release endorphins and oxytocin.
Let nature inspire your creative side
Past research has shown that exposure to nature helps with attention, an effect known as the Attention Restoration Theory making outdoor time important for developing the ability to concentrate.
Study shows that nature does indeed have the capacity to enhance creativity. Nature is full of lessons we can draw from, lessons that can inform and inspire our daily lives. Origin of discipline, beauty, and art, every element of hers teaches way too many things but adapting even a percent can change our lives for good.
Nature is time-perfect, committed, devoted, selfless, and principled, which inspires us.
Take a stroll in your bare feet
benefits of walking barefoot include better control of your foot position when it strikes the ground. improvements in balance, proprioception, and body awareness, which can help with pain relief. better foot mechanics, which can lead to improved mechanics of the hips, knees, and core.
Not wearing shoes puts increased stress on the ligaments, tendons, and around the ball of the foot.
Take a break and swing
Start swinging to de-stress. Enjoy the relaxing to and fro movements. Feel the air caressing your skin.
Try nature photography
Nature photography helps to raise the profile of our planet and the environment. It allows people to experience things they may not see themselves and therefore encourages them to care about its preservation. You can, in a small way, help to raise awareness of the natural world and work to promote its conservation.
Nature photography aims to transmit the splendor of our most magnificent natural environments, nature and national parks, and the creatures who live in them.
Try yoga
Yoga connects us to our internal nature. By focusing on the body, breath, and mind, we create a connection within ourselves. The aim is to develop an awareness of our energy - our prana, or life force - which, over time, we can come to realize is the same life force within all living beings.
Add a new dimension to an old practice.
Practice Tai Chi or Shaking Qigong. Tai Chi has many forms and can be as simple or as complex as you choose to develop your practice. Tai Chi has many forms and can be as simple or as complex as you choose to develop your practice.
Tai Chi will give you an awareness of the whole universe as a part of you. Most Tai Chi is done outdoors which allows for direct contact with nature.
Let the water wash
your troubles away
As nature's most important nutrient, people need water to survive. Water helps to transport oxygen, minerals, nutrients, and waste products to and from the cells.
Bereft of calories, water serves as the medium for the metabolic functions and other chemical reactions that produce energy in the body.
Watch the sunrise or sunset
It has been proven that watching the sunrise or sunset gives you a better sense of gratitude for the earth. When you are caught up in the natural beauty of the Earth (like a sunset), you rid yourself of any distractions and feel higher levels of satisfaction and gratitude for what's happening in front of you.
